Peanut Butter Balls
Serves: approx. 4 people
Ingredients:
2/3 cup peanut
1 cup oats
1 1/2 tbs honey
1/4 cup choc chips
1/4 flax seeds
Method:
Remove 1 tbs of oats and 1 tbs of choc chips and set aside
Add remaining ingredients in a bowl, mix to combine
Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes
Sprinkle reserved oats and choc chips on table
Spoon mixture and roll into small balls
Roll balls on table to cover in reserved oats and choc chips
Refrigerate balls and enjoy!
Tips & Hints:
Add any of your fav dried ingredients
Use almond butter instead of peanut butter
Replace honey with maple syrup
