Peanut Butter Balls

Serves: approx. 4 people

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup peanut

  • 1 cup oats

  • 1 1/2 tbs honey

  • 1/4 cup choc chips

  • 1/4 flax seeds

Method:

  • Remove 1 tbs of oats and 1 tbs of choc chips and set aside

  • Add remaining ingredients in a bowl, mix to combine

  • Refrigerate mixture for 30 minutes

  • Sprinkle reserved oats and choc chips on table

  • Spoon mixture and roll into small balls

  • Roll balls on table to cover in reserved oats and choc chips

  • Refrigerate balls and enjoy!

Tips & Hints:

  • Add any of your fav dried ingredients

  • Use almond butter instead of peanut butter

  • Replace honey with maple syrup
