Hot Honey
Serves: Makes 1/2 cup of honey
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of raw honey
1 tsp chilli flakes (can substitute with a whole dried chilli or diced fresh chilli)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
Method:
Add honey and chilli to a small saucepan
Heat until small bubbles appear around the edge of the saucepan
Remove from heat and stir in the apple cider vinegar
Strain the chilli flakes for less heat or leave in the honey for a bit of extra spice

Uses for hot honey:
Add to toasties, sandwiches and wraps
Mix in with salad dressing
Add to marinade for a chicken dish (or any protein)
Jazz up a charcuterie board
Drizzle over pizzas
Spread over damper or toast (mix in with softened butter)
Drizzle over pancakes or waffles
Caramelise bacon
Drizzle over grilled veggies
Add it to drinks
